About this event
In the heart of San Diego's Asian business district, restaurants here face tough competition and a clientèle who knows the food. Jasmine Seafood Restaurant easily outdoes its competition and keeps its largely Asian client base coming back for more. Dozens of Dim Sum items delight the palate, and the live seafood is as fresh as it can get. The restaurant also offers traditional Chinese dishes, many reflecting the Hong Kong/Guangdong origins of the owners.
Established in 1993 and still going strong, Jasmine Seafood Restaurant & Express is a San Diego institution renowned for its delectable Dim Sum and Cantonese seafood dishes. Daily dumpling preparation ensures freshness, while the spacious venue makes Jasmine Seafood Restaurant a great choice for families or larger gatherings. :)
Jasmine is the premier place in San Diego for dim sum and the menu boasts over 200 items, including a unique roster of seafood, much of it fresh from the tank. Portions are generous and served family style. Diners can enjoy Peking duck, clay pot selections, noodles, fried rice, vegetarian specialties and many unfamiliar preparations that never will be found at the corner Chinese eatery, such as braised abalone with black mushrooms or poached conch.

Directions. Located off of Convoy, you will turn onto Dagget St. (it is only one way) and there you will find their parking lot on the left.
Parking is ample especially on a weekday however, keep in mind that free parking is limited to the outdoor part of their parking lot. Parking in the parking structure is not free and is monitored!
While there is some paid parking on the ground floor of the parking structure if that is full you can find plenty of parking in the upstairs part of this structure but gettiing there can be somewhat tricky as there is no direct access to the upper level of this parking structure from the first floor of the parking structure. You have to continue about 49 feet past the entranc to the ground floor parking and you will see a "Parking" sign on the left directing you to turn there. You can drive to the upper level of the parking structure and find plenty of paid parking slots available.
Of course, if you can find street parking, go for it.
