Event attendees are responsible for bringing a safe car to the event. A crew member will visually inspect your car prior to grid. Make sure you have the correct car numbers on your car before Tech.

Lunch is available for $15 and includes a choice of three sandwiches, assorted chips, and a soft drink. Food options nearby are very limited. Some bottled water will be provided to keep you hydrated.

Gates open at 7:00 AM. Check-in begins at 8am. Safety briefing will take place around 9am. The first group will start driving by 9:30 am. Each run group will have two sessions, one in the morning and one in the afternoon.

We will break for approximately 30 minutes for lunch around noon.

For those travelling to the event the night before, we will be gathering informally for dinner at El Epazote Cocina Regional, 301 N Gateway Drive, Madera at 6:30pm Friday evening. The cost is $20 per person, max 10 people. Price includes meal and drink.
